🚚 Shipping Policy

At emxcentral, we’re committed to delivering your electric bikes, parts, and accessories quickly, safely, and reliably across the United Kingdom.


📦 1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. This allows us to fully support warranties, returns, and product servicing.


⏱️ 2. Dispatch Times

  • Parts & Accessories:
    Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day via tracked courier services.
    Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the next working day.

  • E-Bikes:
    All bikes are professionally assembled in-house. Please allow 24 hours for build and testing before dispatch.

  • All our items are estimated to be dispatched and delivered within 72 hours/3 days of purchase.

🚚 3. Delivery Methods

  • E-Bikes:
    Delivered via our trusted man-and-van service or specialist couriers for safe handling.
    🛑 ID required on delivery: You must present valid photo ID and the card used for purchase. For finance orders, a document showing name and address is required.

  • Parts & Accessories:
    Shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or other trusted carriers. A tracking link will be emailed once dispatched.


📍 4. Tracking Your Order

  • Small items:
    You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Bikes / Larger items:
    Tracking may not always be available. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date and time via email or phone.


🔄 5. Cancellations & Redelivery

  • Cancelling After Dispatch:
    If your order has already been collected by our courier, a recall or redelivery fee may apply.

  • Missed Deliveries:

    • Courier Deliveries: After two failed attempts, your parcel may be returned to us. Redelivery charges will apply.

    • Man-and-Van Deliveries: Deliveries are scheduled 8 AM – 5 PM. If you’re unavailable and no prior arrangement is made, a redelivery fee may apply.


🚫 6. Out of Stock Products

In the rare case that a product is unavailable after ordering, we will:

  • Notify you promptly

  • Offer a full refund, or

  • Provide a suitable alternative item (subject to your approval)


📦 7. Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect your item at delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you must:

  • Decline the delivery, or

  • Sign for it as “damaged”

This ensures we can file an insurance claim with the courier.
